Beginning Monday January 2nd we will have a new schedule. Muay Thai Level 1 will be at 5:30pm, Muay Thai Level 2 will be at 6:30, and No Gi Jiu Jitsu will be at 7:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Kids Jiu Jitsu will be at 4:00pm and Gi Jiu Jitsu will be at 5:30 and 6:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All levels Muay Thai will be at 5:30 andMuay Thai level 3 will be at 6:30 on Fridays.
